The previous app design was minimal but lacked simplicity and ease of use. The challenge was to create a streamlined experience that clarified GST information while adding ad monetization without disrupting user engagement.

The logo reflects growth, balance, and percentage—core ideas tied to taxes supporting economic stability. Its simple, unique design ensures instant recognition and communicates Levy Lens’s promise of clarity and trust at a glance.
Ideations
The initial ideations focused on creatively exploring the letter “L” to craft a unique visual identity. Later, the concept expanded to playing with the word “Lens,” using magnification and clarity themes to reflect the app’s goal of simplifying GST information.

Taking cues from Instagram’s masterful ad integration, I was inspired by how their ads look and feel like regular posts, blending effortlessly into the feed and Stories to avoid interrupting users.
